Dairy Manure Separation System Delivered to Argentina

In August 2026, Furui Machinery successfully shipped 3 sets of FR-280 screw manure separators and 3 sets of FR-1200 inclined screen separators to a customer in Argentina. The equipment will be used for large-scale dairy manure treatment, helping the farm improve manure management efficiency, reduce waste volume, and prepare separated solids for further utilization.

Furui’s Manure Dewatering Solution

Like many dairy farms with flushing systems, the Argentine customer faced challenges in managing large volumes of high-moisture cow manure. Our inclined screen separator is designed for processing high-moisture slurry with more than 90% water content. It can reduce the moisture content to approximately 70%. Then the screw manure separator further reduces the dewatered solid water content down to around 55%. The dewatered solid is dry enough for immediate stacking, composting, or transport. Besides, these two kinds of separators can also be used independently.
