The screw press separator is suitable for processing manure with large solid content and low water content. Its working process is as follows: The pig manure water is pumped into the screw machine by a pump. As the screw rotates, it moves the pig manure along the length of the machine. The pitch and design of the screw make the material to be compressed against the screen, gradually squeezing out the liquid.
With the increasing pressure, the water fliters out through the screen and drainage pipe; while retaining the solid particles. When the material is continuously pumped into the machine, the dewatered solid is compacted and pushed toward the outlet.
