3. Screw

The screw is the core component of the machine for dewatering and separating the waste materials. It employs mechanical extrusion mechanism to squeeze out excess moisture and extract liquids from the waste fruits and vegetables. We have single screw press and twin screw press to choose from, according to the material fiber content.

4. Screen

The screen allows for filtering out solid waste from the liquid. The opening size of our screen ranges from 0.3mm to 1.0mm, depending on the properties of the materials. The screen and screw press are made of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel to prolong the service life of the equipment.
