The dewatering screw press working principle can be summarized in several steps, as follows,
1. Feed the raw material into the inlet of the screw press.
2. As the material moves along the screw, some liquid is squeezed out through the screen with the increasing pressure, while the solids continue to move forward inside the screen.
3. With the rotation of the screw, the solid material is further dewatered. And it is eventually transported to the discharge section and pushed out.
4. The separated liquid is discharged from the outlet and can be collected for further processing or disposal.
