Working Principle
During operation, the motor drives the pulping scraper to rotate at high speed. As crushed fruits enter the machine through the feed inlet, the pulping disc evenly distributes the material to the pulping scraper and screen. Due to the rotation of the scraper and the helix angle, the material move towards the outlet end along the cylindrical surface. Under the centrifugal force, the material is crushed and the juice and pulp pass through the screen holes for further processing. Meanwhile, the peels and seeds are discharged through the residue outlet, achieving the automatic separation. This process is repeated for double or triple drum pulping machines.
