GZJ-1 Passion Fruit Juicer

Working Principle

The machine mainly comprises a feed hopper, a crusher, a separation drum, a seed separation cylinder, a transmission system, a frame, etc. It can efficiently remove seeds and peel from passion fruits while extracting juice. Let’s overview how it works.

1. Feeding and Crushing
Passion fruits are fed into the machine through the feeding port, where they will undergo the crushing process through a crusher inside the machine.

2. Separation
Subsequently, the crushed fruits enter the separation cylinder, where the juice, pulp and peel are separated.

3. Peel Discharge
The separated peel is then discharged through the peel outlet; while the extracted juice and pulp flow into the juice collection tank.

4. Seed and Juice Separation
Equipped with a silicone scraper, the seed outlet separates the juice from the seeds. Then the seeds are then discharged through the seed outlet. While the juice, free from seeds and peel, flows from the juice outlet for further processing. Below is a video for your reference.

DGQJ Series Passion Fruit Juice Machine

This machine is suitable for peeling and juicing of pineapples, passion fruits, papayas, citrus fruits, and more. Below are more parameters for your reference.

This passion fruit juice machine mainly consists of peeling rollers, half-cut separation system, frame, juice hopper, peel discharge outlet, feeding hopper, transmission system, etc.
Working principle: Firstly, feed the fruits into the machine through the feed hopper. There is a crusher, where the passion fruits are cut into two halves. Then the materials are squeezed by the rollers. The peel comes out of the peel hopper, while the juice and pulp are discharged from the juice hopper.
