2023 Upgraded Screw Manure Separator
On the basis of our years of manufacturing expertise and invaluable customer feedback, Tianzhong Machinery offered a new and improved version of our manure screw press machine. Below are the updated details:
1. Siemens Beide Motor
Siemens motors are known for their high quality and reliability. In order to ensure stable performance and long life of our manure dewatering system, the updated vision employed Siemens Beide motors (Siemens China brand).
2. Guomao Gearbox
Gearbox is crucial for mechanical equipment. A quality gear reducer can efficiently transfer power to mechanical systems with minimal energy waste. Besides, it also offers a longer lifespan to reduce the frequency of maintenance and replacements. Our updated manure dewatering machine used Guomao Gearbox, which is the best Chinese gearbox brand.
3. Thicker Side and Inlet Panels
We’ve reinforced the side panels and the inlet panels with 6mm thick steel plates, enhancing the robustness and longevity of the machine.
4. Updated Screen
The new screen is engineered with even and sturdy perforations, offering improved separation efficiency. In addition, the reinforced part of the screen becomes wider so that the screen is less likely to deform. Moreover, the weld is more even and smoother. 5. Enhanced Screw Welding
We’ve introduced a state-of-the-art screw welding process for smoother, more durable seams, ensuring long-lasting performance.
6. Sturdier Frame
The machine’s frame has been enlarged from 80mm to 100mm, from channel steel to square steel, providing enhanced stability.
7. Convenient Hoist Rings
The updated manure separator machines are incorporated lifting rings to facilitate easier transportation and installation, making your job simpler.
8. Upgraded Handle
Our new handle design is foldable, and more robust, ensuring better appearance and greater convenience.

9. Stainless Steel Control Cabinet
We’ve changed to stainless steel for our control cabinet, replacing the carbon steel enclosure for improved durability and longevity.
10. Stainless Steel Drainage
We’ve replaced the plastic drainage outlet with a stainless steel one, ensuring both durability and ease of maintenance.
