1. Check the Components

– Slope screen separator unit
– Supporting frame or platform
– Two motors and a reducer
– Control panel
– Pipes and valves
– Screws and fasteners

2. Prepare the Installation Area

– Ensure the installation area is clean and free from any obstructions.
– Place the supporting frame or platform in the desired location.

3. Mount the Slope Screen Separator

– Position the slope screen separator unit onto the supporting frame or platform securely.

4. Install Motors and Pipelines

– Attach the 3kW motor and gearboxes to the designated areas on the slope screen separator unit. While the 4kW motor is installed on the base of blender.
– Ensure they are firmly fixed in place using appropriate screws and fasteners.
– Connect the pipelines as follows:

• Attach a hose to the outlet of the sewage pump and securely fasten it with a clamp and screws.
• Install a T-shaped return valve at the inlet of the separator.
• Connect one end of a hose to the T-shaped return valve using a clamp and screw.
• Connect the other end of the hose to the water pipe, and tighten it with clamp screws.
• Install a pipe to the drain of the equipment.

5. Connect Electrical Wiring

– Connect the electrical wiring of the motors and control panel according to the provided wiring diagram.
– Ensure proper grounding for safety.

6. Test the Equipment

– Before turning on the power, double-check all connections and ensure they are secure, including the rotating direction of screw auger and blender, and flow direction of pipelines.
– Perform a visual inspection to ensure there are no loose components or parts.

7. Fine-tune and Adjust

– Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to fine-tune and adjust the slope screen separator as needed.
– Make any necessary adjustments to achieve the desired separation efficiency.

8. Operational Testing

– Start the slope screen separator and observe its operation. Before test, start the blender and run for 10-15 minutes to ensure thorough mixing.

– Verify that the screen is working properly, separating solids from the liquid stream efficiently.

– Monitor the discharge of separated solids and the flow of the liquid. By the way, the water content of the solids is adjustable.

9. Ensure Safety Measures

– Adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the manufacturer.
– Install safety guards or barriers to prevent access to moving parts.

10. Regular Maintenance

– Establish a maintenance schedule to keep the slope screen separator in optimal working condition.
– Regularly inspect and clean the screen and other components to prevent clogging and maintain efficiency.
