Working Principle

Crushed fruits or vegetables are fed into the machine through the feeding hopper. Within the juicer, a rotating screw featuring an increasing diameter facilitates the transfer and compression of the material along the direction of the pulp outlet. As the screw rotates, the pitch decreases, and compression pressure increases, effectively squeezing out the pulp from the solids. PZJ Series

DGJ Series Juicer

The DGJ series is designed for juicing citrus fruits such as kumquats, lemons, grapefruits, oranges, and more, without peeling and grading. This machine is composed of three stainless steel squeezing rollers, two knife rollers, one feeding roller, a feeding hopper, a juice outlet, a peel outlet, a frame, and a transmission system.

Working Principle

After feeding, the materials are cut by the two knife rollers first. Subsequently, the cut material undergoes compression between three press rollers to separate juice from solids. The peel is then discharged through the peel outlet, while the juice is collected by the juice outlet.

QBZJ Series Juicer

The QBZJ series is suitable for round fruits such as oranges, grapefruits, lemons, and pomegranates. This machine comprises a frame, concave-convex ball rollers, a feeding hopper, a peel outlet, a juice outlet, and transmission components.

Working Principle
